4.56 40 isn't all bad, and 29 reps at 214 lbs is pretty impressive.
Also a 4 year player who racked up 287 tackles!!

This was a STs pick. Good move. They are really focused on STs and I like it.

Sanford refused to leave the parking lot of Night Town Billiards in Oxford, according to his bio in the Pro Football Weekly Draft guide.

Sanford, who is 5-9, 214 pounds, started all 13 games at strong safety last season and served as a team captain. He is a cousin of Rebels defensive tackle Peria Jerry, who was taken 24th by the Atlanta Falcons.
