7th round pick Jamarca Sanford
A safety for Mississippi..
I dont know anything about him
http://www.nfl.com/draft/2009/profiles/jamarca-sanford?id=71459
Was at the combine..
Analysis
Positives: Tough. ... Signed with Ole Miss as a linebacker and started four games at this position -- at 200 pounds -- as a sophomore. ... Reliable open-field tackler. ... Lacks the bulk scouts prefer at strong safety, but is a physical hitter that wraps up cleanly. ... Isn't afraid to take on blockers and can disengage to make the tackle near the line of scrimmage. ... High-effort player who doesn't give up on the play. ... Good upside as a special teams defender due to his toughness and reliable open-field tackling.
Negatives: Lacks size teams prefer at safety and the size to transition back to linebacker. ... Marginal speed for coverage. ... Lacks the change-of-direction agility to stick with receivers in man coverage and too often appears satisfied with making the tackle after the reception is made. ... A steady collegiate defender, but rarely made the flashy play.

Amazing. Top 10 talent falls to us in the 7th round. He has good closing speed a good size and by all accounts is a good character guy.
Just kidding. No idea who he is."There is good and there is evil. And evil must be punished. Even in the face of Armageddon I will not compromise."

Nice Pick!!
More STs help and possibly depth behind our starters at S.
4.56 40 isn't all bad, and 29 reps at 214 lbs is pretty impressive.
Also a 4 year player who racked up 287 tackles!!Control the line, control the time, and give your D a chance to shine!!

This was a STs pick. Good move. They are really focused on STs and I like it.

Seventh round: Vikings take Mississippi safety
April 26th, 2009 – 5:31 PM by Judd Zulgad
The Vikings selected Mississippi free safety Jamarca Sanford with their seventh-round pick (No. 231) overall.
Sanford has certainly had his off-the-field issues. He was arrested in September 2003 after allegedly stealing a car stereo out of a car parked on campus and was arrested again in January 2008 on charges of disorderly conduct and failure to comply. Sanford refused to leave the parking lot of Night Town Billiards in Oxford, according to his bio in the Pro Football Weekly Draft guide.
Sanford, who is 5-9, 214 pounds, started all 13 games at strong safety last season and served as a team captain. He is a cousin of Rebels defensive tackle Peria Jerry, who was taken 24th by the Atlanta Falcons.
The PFW bio on Sanford graded him as a “priority free agent†calling him an, “aggressive, fireplug, box safety with limitations in coverage. Could have to make it on special teams.â€
So what the hell did somehave to do to get that "Red dot" the vikes were talking about. Half of our picks have had off the field issues.

You need to post more often. Even if it's just to poke fun at people, I'd say 2500+ of my posts were just lame jokes.
