Thread: 2011 Vikings Season Tickets Received

For some reason, likely due to the lockout, I wasn't really expecting my season tickets any time soon. Got them yesterday, didn't see any trinkets.

Tim would be furious!

I too was thinking they wouldn't mail them til the end of the lockout, just in case dates and times are changed or cancelled, and because I'm thinking many more than normal have not yet paid there invoice waiting to make sure games will be played.
I'm in the latter category. I think that means I'll just get regular ticket master tickets instead of the heavy stock tickets with pictures. Oh well. Gonna try to get it paid for next week.

I will be running home to check the mail box shortly.

I am still like a kid in a candy store when it comes to getting my tix in the mail.

What kind of art is on them? Is there a window clingie for my car?

I actually thought they took a few steps back as far as art was concerned, but that's just my opinion. Tickets seem to be printed with one large picture that spread across each individual ticket. Photo was of a group of fans with some cheerleaders.

No trinkets, at least not in my grouping...but I'm just a peon.

Did you get the 50 greatest vikings poster earlier? That's kind of a trinket, and I got it without even paying my invoice.

Now that you mention it, I think I did get that poster but I must have accidentally thrown it away because I haven't seen it in awhile.

You won't see any trinkets this year. Not with this stadium shit up in the air. Maybe a dumb magnet for the opener but that is about it.

I hear a rumor they are giving a stadium replica for the opener here. Glad to see my backup plan has their shit together.
