2008 Viking First Round Mock Draft (Actual possible choices)

We as Vikings fans have a responsibility to make the right choice whether management does or not. This our the most obvious choices at #17 this year. Malcolm Kelly has actual dropped down many draft charts so it could work in case you were wondering.

Harvey is drawing too much interest from the Lions and Cincinnati, and all Draft Boards have him going before #17. So that's why I kept him off the list, but I agree, harvey is definitely a great choice if available. Thanks for your vote.

Again a great choice in Jenkins, but highly unlikely with most draft boards. Atleast two teams are looking for CB's ahead of the Vikings and he is one of the top 2.

i voted for Groves, id like it if we could trade down and still get him, but id rather have him right now over Merling.
Im sure some people are gonna be upset that Brohm isnt on that list

I think to leave Williams on and take Harvey out was pretty lame. They are both a toss up really I've seen both of them go from 10-31.

But if Williams is there and Harvey isn't we should pounce and not even listen to trade offers. Chilly should just call in and scream Chris Williams at the top of his lungs the second we get on the clock. ;D

Then offer McKinnie to any Al Davis listening.

I would like us to

Trade down from 17 to like the 3rd pick of the 2nd round and get an early 3rd as well.
I would take Campbell and an OT in the 2nd and enjoy 3 draft picks in the 3rd.

campbell looks like huge hit or miss guy, and right now it looks like a miss, if he got his head on right and worked out and stayed in shape id say hell yes in the 2nd rd, but lately i have been seeing him slip to the 3rd rd.
