    He is a budding superstar.
A guy I worked with is a huge Gals fan. He says the guy was a big dissapointment.
Injuries, low production etc. He says they are probably gonna let him go in the house cleaning.

He did add that if in the right system he might be better but the Gals always have had problems with scheme and issues between Marv and thier D-coords.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

From what I've seen watching bengals games (almost every sunday) he has impressed me.
He hits like redneck foster parent and flies around.
He is also a high character guy and the city really likes him.
I'd like to see him in purple.

I am talking to the guy as we speak. He sits next to me.
He said go look at his stats.

His team stats do look good but Randy contends that is because everyone else around him couldn't tackle.
As a Bitter Bengals fan, he also says his opinion could be skewed but judging on his knowledge of football (I have know him since 85) I would have lean his way on the assesment.

Keeping in mind, as I said earlier he also said that some of his problems could be attributed to the current scheme they are trying to run.
He thinks he is being used wrong.

I'm just saying what I see when I watch.
He would be a great pick up in my opinion.
    Stats are trash.
    Especially for defensive backs.
Look at the last couple of years interceptions leaders, are they the best DB's in the league?
    Absolutely not.
Remember when Brian Russell and Cory Chavous led the league in picks?
They were nothing more than average.
Tackles aren't a good stat either. So I won't look at the stats.
    I just know from seeing
him play he stood out amongst the rubbish surrounding him.
I think he could really, really shine on a good Defense.

I hear ya and don't doubt your thoughts.
Just relaying what Randy is saying. I go for all sources (yes even stats) when I look at prospects.

Just sign the one with the highest Madden rating.

That way if we suck in real life, we can always take it to the house with the polygonal pigskin!

Get those three and we're the best team in the NFC.

    Then draft:
    Round 1:Kenny Phillips
Round 2: John David Booty, Erik Ainge, or Colt Brennan(depending on how he plays in the Sugar Bowl) as an insurance policy
Round 3: Another lineman for depth
Round 4: The past 2 years there have been extremely athletic defensive ends selected in round 4. Robison last year, Mark Anderson on the Bears the year before.
I don't know about the rest, they usually don't even make the team.
add Donovan McNabb and we are Super Bowl Champs

;D Took me a whole 3 seconds to put it together. I think we should really look to sign her as offensive coordinator.

    Best Available Free Agents: Defense

If your favorite team has any holes to fill on defense, here are the experienced free agents from the defensive side of the ball who could be worth a look.

    Defensive End
Simeon Rice - Was waived by the Indianapolis Colts recently and also played for the Denver Broncos this season.
Lance Johnstone - He was released by the Oakland Raiders earlier this year but could fill a situational pass rushing role.
Kenard Lang - Could be a fourth end for a team and plays the run well.
Michael Haynes (DT) - The former first-round pick of the Chicago Bears had a tryout with the Houston Texans this season.
Tyoka Jackson (DT) - Can play inside or outside as a fourth end or tackle.
Dave Ball (DT) - Versatile defensive lineman who has drawn a lot interest around the league this season. Had tryouts for the Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Minnesota Vikings, and Tennessee Titans.

I would love to see either Suggs or Allen line up at DE for the Purple next year.
Suggs might give an added bonus of being able to stand up and throw some wrinkles in the defense.

    Thanks Lotza!
