    WHAT?????

The guy is overweight. Got injured and played about 10 downs all season long. I can't believe his worth. I mean I know he USED to be good. Anybody hearing how he's coming along weight and injury wise?
Wonder if he'll be with us next year.
I check my sources everyday Cojomay. I'll post it as soon as I hear anything.

I like to be thrifty/stingy . And no I am NOT Red McCombs.

RB: Ahman Green/Deshaun Foster/Najeh Davenport. Since we have Mewelde and since we're actively looking for an RB who can carry 20-25 times (Childress claimed this) we can afford to be conservative with the budget here.

LB: Will Witherspoon. Julian Peterson is intriguing but has been injured recently.

WR: Koren Robinson. I think this is already in the works.

OT/OG: Jeff Backus. Hutchinson would be awesome but might be too expensive. Fonoti would be OK if he can get in shape! Don't know much about the other offensive linemen.

I think that still adds up to more than our cap allows. Hey, not my problem !

That isn't a bad offseason for minnesota but i think if we also look at Seattle's backup running back, who is still young, that would be a good thing!!! He is really fast and is able to make defense miss tackles!!

ill bet if we would just beef up the o line a bit that Jamal Lewis would be a perfect fit but i would rather Ahman Green

Theres NOTHING greater then a Florida Gator!

Jamal sucks and he would be a horrible fit with our new offense.
I just don't understand some people on here. A guy wins the rushing title a fews years ago and now they say he sucks and they wouldn't want him on our team.
Lucky, have you watched him ? He stinks for the crazy amount of $$ he is asking for. J.Lew and yourself are both living in the past. He stinks and doesn't fit the WCO at all, not even close. I have watched him this last year on the ticket and I seriously cant remember him ever catching a pass out of the backfield, a must in the WCO.

i dont care how good your line is you dont rush for 2000 plus yards as jamal didm and not have talent. this guy is a great rb who had fallen on hard times for something he did BACK IN COLLEGE. he did the right thing by working hard in jail to get better. thats the only problem hes ever had . he will get much better this year. you watch.

---- See again my post above, people, quit living in the past. What have you done for me lately? Is the mantra in the NFL, end of story.

He didn't catch many out of the backfield cuz the Ravens didn't run a WCO..

I've watched some Ravens and he is awesome with screen passes and all that...

And I don't think he will ask for that much.. He knows he has something to prove

I want a back who will prove it, not someone with something to prove.

I still can't see him being quick enough to play in the West Coast offense!!
