Gonna be a interesting season what with the 7 mill increase in CAP this year.
Most teams will be able to resign anyone that is good.

You should add Mario Manningham to that list. I think he is the most complete WR out of anybody in the draft. He runs solid routes has great speed and good hands.Wide Recievers
