VIKINGS VS. PANTHERS SERIES STANDINGS – Overall Minnesota leads the series 3-2, with all five of the previous games played at the Metrodome. This will be the first time in franchise history that the Vikings
have played at Carolina in a regular season game. The Vikings played at Carolina in a preseason game in 1998. In the early days of the Vikings franchise, the club played a pre-season game in Charlotte on 8/28/65
against Washington, a 20-16 Vikings win before a crowd of 20,426. The 1969 Vikings played one of their six preseason games in Winston-Salem, NC against the NY Jets, a 24-21 loss.

my first reaction was "sweet, we've win 3 out of 5 games." then i saw they were all at the dome. none at carolina.
