Last Game v Raiders
The most recent meeting between these two teams came on November
16, 2003, when the Vikings fell 28-18 at Oakland. In that game,
Vikings QB Daunte Culpepper threw for 396 yards and a touchdown
on 27-of-49 passing. He also added 42 yards on the ground and one
rushing TD. TE Jim Kleinsasser led all receivers with 7 catches for 67
yards, while WR Kelly Campbell added receptions 4 for 115 yards and
a 29-yard score. The Vikings racked up 476 total yards offensively, but
had 6 costly turnovers, including an 64-yard interception for a TD.
Defensively, S Brian Russell, CB Brian Williams and DT Kevin
Williams each notched one sack, while Vikings S Corey Chavous led
the team with 16 tackles, including 12 solo.

Re: Last Game v Raiders
Classic example of why we were smart to let Daunte go. As much as I love the guy, with his fumble problem and unfortunately with his injured leg, he just isn't the QB he needs to be, especially now. I love Daunte and I hope he either proves us naysayers wrong (except against the Vikes), or he goes on to a great, successful civilian life. Daunte Culpepper has my respect and I want to see him and his family happy.

Go Vikings!
