And if you ever did, they'd come in the middle of the night, snatch your family & deep-fry them.

And I know what you mean with the flexability.. I go to school til 2 everyday then work 4 to close everyday.. And every other weekend

Are you talking about the original fryers?

We had 4 but now we have 3. On Mondays and Tuesdays we only use 2.

Does the extra crispy flower make you sneeze? Most of the time I am fine but on some days its just terrible and I can't stop sneezing and it makes me hot and sweaty and I start to get headaches. It doesn't happen much but it sucks when it does.

As for the 2 or 4 head comment.. A 2 head fryer only uses 1 bag per rack.. A 4 head uses 2 bags

What's your drop times?

now what do you mean drop times? the time it cooks in the fryer or the time it takes me to make an original?

ill answer both.

it takes 15:30 once in the fryer. about 3 mins to bread the chicken.
