the whole band back together for a few songs.
I used to listen to "Animals" every night while falling asleep.
It is actually my favorite album.
Do you guys play every song?
I can't imagine playing a song that last for 20 minutes...

I also enjoy the Philippines, lived there for three years and make occasional trips to visit friends there.
I'll volunteer to go on a suicide mission with you and fly across the Pacific in a small crappy plane with you when you get your pilot's license.
A surreal trip across the largest ocean listening to Floyd and landing on a rice terrace in Banawe.
Sounds like a good trip.
I was at Clark Air Base until Mt. Pinatubo blew us out of there.
Returned six times over the next two years while working a case and watch the transistion from "GI Joe Land" to what it is now.
You former military guys may want to check out "GI Joe Doesn't Live Here Anymore" by Utts.
A great history of Clark by those who served there, including moi!"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

We don't play anything off Animals yet, but we're considering doing a shortened version of "Dogs" from the Roger Waters "Live in the Flesh" CD/DVD.
Currently, the longest song we do is the 13:40 version of Shine on You Crazy Diamond."All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

I met Alan Parsons a few years ago and asked him about the DSOTM/Wizard of Oz story floating around.
He said it's a myth, an eerie one but a myth none the less.
We're trying to get to the next level with the eye candy for our shows, so that may be something we could partially do if the royalties don't kill us."All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

Yeah - it's a myth.

Hmmm...
Now that would be an interesting visual twist to our show.
Unfortunately, if the material isn't already realeased to the public we have to pay to use, or Dewey, Cheatem and How (or Cajun) will pay us a visit...

For those of you interested in excellent Pink Floyd or Roger Waters concert DVDs, check out "Pulse" which both musically and visually (Marc Brickman designed the eye candy) will knock your socks off...
AND Roger Waters "Live in the Flesh" recorded at the Rose Garden, Portland, OR (Got that Dropper?).
Two excellent DVDS.
And of course, the fairly recent Live 8 box set includes the reunion set with all four members.
Yes, pigs flew...
