I had the gastric Bypass surgery. It was a tough decision and not one made on just a whim. I have battled weight all of my life. There have been times when it is tough but it has been the best decision of my entire life.
My Weight day of surgery was 414 which was July 9th I stepped on the scale today and it read 271. I have not been 270 since at least 20 years ago.

Good read- well done. I remember when you posted that you were going in for the gastric bypass, glad it has gone so well for you! I gotta say, you already have to have some sort of "supervisory management " degree wrangling those three boys. Keep up the good work!
