Seeing the tC on the most-ticketed list makes sense, given its popularity with young people. Its sporty performance, which comes at a price that makes affording tickets easy, probably helps tempt some drivers as well.

Ouch, my car is at the top of the list.

About a month after I bought my car(04 celica) I got pulled over for the window tint. Sure wish the dealer would have told me it was illegal in MN. Oh well it looks sweet, and I got off with a warning.

You can actually sue the place you bought it form for 1.) Selling a car with illegally tinted windows and 2.) Not telling you about it...

Or you could just pay your fine and forget about it. How much was the ticket?

I just got a warning, had to walk a straight line on the side of the freeway though. In any case I don't think I'll be suing anyone.
A buddy of mine who is working on becoming a cop told me that some cops will scratch the illegal tint with a key so that you are forced to get it fixed, that would piss me off. The cop that pulled me over made it seem like he would never/rarely give a ticket for it but just used it as an excuse to pull me over and check for alcohol/drug use.
