    LOL,

I'm not even going to wonder, what hell was in that nasty looking drink.............

I'de be foolish to try to start a diet at this time of the month, and whats still to come, ala Christmas , then followed up with New Years..

I alredy have plans to attend Weight Watchers, after the 2010 New Year. My best was loosing 50 lb's in the past once, thanks to Weight Watchers...

This time, I plan on trying my best to lose around 80 lbs. I know I can do it, and yes, I do carry that much extra baggage right now. That would put me back into the days I carried myself at about 190. Those where my military days. I look and feel dam good at that weight also..

Iím with ya. In my younger military days I used to live at the gym and pop Ephedra capsules like they were candy. Now I donít have that same commitment level and the meth heads ruined having Ephedra on the market in most places. But, since Iím single and not getting any younger I better get busy slimming down if I want to keep dating supermodels!

I try to limit my soda but it is so damn good with a meal sometimes. Water just does not cut it with certain foods.

Re:Are you pouring on the pounds

Well yah, I am pouring on lb's. Mostly in the form of Bud-Light and other potent-potables. Anything you eat now days, unless you just shot it or pulled it out of your garden, will be packed with fattening stuff. That's America, and I like it, alot. Everything in moderation though. However, my definition of "moderate" is probably different then yours, especially if it has to do with Bud-Light.
