Nah, you probably won't be more impressed than when '06 came out. Madden '07 is similar to '06, they just added a few new features and now you have the ability to control you're own blockers. If I go and pickup the new Madden, will I be more impressed with it than I was when '06 came out? Just asking sense you all seem to already own it. I also am a PS2 owner.
Madden dosen't change a whole lot from year to year, so you people who expect to see a lot of new things, were probably dissapointed with '07In the P.J.'s, my blend tape plays, bullets are strays

This years cream of the crop is the PC version.
It's leeps and bounds better than all.
360 is a absolute joke.
PC is where it's at and it's gol 'darnit cheaper.
If you'd like further info on why.
Let me know.
I can go into detail.
Because I love the PC version too. I tried playing Madden on 360 and prior versions on the original Xbox and it was way too slow and artificial. And to PurplePride's point, I'd bet my house that there are more Madden guys online through their PC's than there are through 360's and PS2's.. COMBINED.

Re: Are you having problems with your copy of Madden 2007?
i noticed this right away. boy im glad to here this is normal! i have the 360 version. it is good but i think the 2006 version is layed out a little better. it is hard to read the score or see how much time is left on the clock in the 2007 version since they made it so small WHY? also when picking plays they are much smaller or harder to see and I have a 36inch HD TV!! AHHH
oh well just takes some getting used to. madden is a great game but I always thought the 2K football games were much better! Plus they had the cool ESPN halftime highlights!!!I THINK I ATE TO MUCH FISH LAST NIGHT!!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Madden on the computer isn't good, it's just that I wouldn't get any fun out of it. ( it just seems unnatural)
I'm a hardcore Madden gamer, sometimes I play people for money, and I don't know many cats who play this game on their computer.

Fair play mate, I know I would never be able to play Madden on my PC if I didn't have my trusty Logitech Wingman wireless controller. I count myself as ahead of the PS2 and 360 players by virtue of the fact I've had my wireless controller for almost 2 years now!"Benet" wrote:

Re: Are you having problems with your copy of Madden 2007?
I've been having the same lag between plays on my PS2 unfortunately. My PS2 is 3 or 4 years old, and I'm told that that the older laser is the problem.
The first time I noticed it was a replay where I popped Favre under the chin with E-James via hit stick. I thought I'd nailed him so hard that the system froze ;D. Fav-ree is out for the season with a severe neck injury btw. :'(

Re: Are you having problems with your copy of Madden 2007?
I just got my copy of Madden '07 (HOF Edition ;D) late last night.
I haven't actually played a game yet, so I was wondering if they fixed that stupid punt return glitch from last year, where your blockers just stand there and let the coverage team blow by and jack you up!Proud member of PP.O since April 5th, 2003!
