You ever stole from your kid's piggy bank?
One in four parents regularly pillage their children's piggy banks to pay for anything from a bus fare to a new car. And those with the stickiest fingers are mothers, with 35 per cent confessing to dipping into their offspring's moneybox or bank account, compared with 16 per cent of fathers. Yet almost nine out of 10 parents interviewed for the Newspoll survey said that when it came to managing money, they believed they were setting a good example for their children.
Ya, like learning how to rip off others! :???:Kentucky Vikes Fan

When you require nothing, you get nothing; when you expect nothing, you will find nothing; when you embrace nothing, all you will have is nothing.

I haven't, but I might "Borrow" from it if I needed something relatively inexpensive right away. (cigarettes)

Wow.. how could you do that? I know I would be pissed if I found out someone was stealing my money, let alone my parents. And no I would never do that. That is messed up.

Wow. I always put coinage in their banks when they're not looking and they stumble across it at a later date and wonder where it came from. I never know.
I think they might steal from my change stash in my vehicle, but I can't imagine stealing from those little weasels. Now, if they become famous and start making millions I hope they slip in a trip to the ice cream store someday.

Well theres been times were me or my sis (i m her babysitter). When your niece says she hungry and there no grochiries, your broke (i babysit for free and my other job vccut me to 6 hrs a week) I have dipped into her bank to get her food. For soem that may seem wrong but when i ws growing up we didnt have a piggy bank, never had a tooth fairy, if wasnt for my grandma xmas would been bland. I watched my parnets tak turns eating so me and my sis could eat, and see that repeatign with my sis she regualr skips meals some times up to 3 days. It all depends on the income leave and how u were raised. Base fair to get to from work i cna under stand them doign to by a new car i couldnt fanthom that

Re: You ever stole from your kid's piggy bank?
You guys are blowing this way out of proportion. Whats the big deal if you borrow $5.00 from your kid if your short on cash? I never carry cash on me. I pay for everything with my card. But if something came up and I needed a quick five bucks I would not feel guilty at all for it. I would simply slip him the money back the next day (along with a few extra bucks) and everybody would be happy.
Now stealing is a completely different story. I would feel like a piece of
sh!t if I had to stoop that low.

Wow! What kid has enough money in his piggy bank for a new car?!?!

Personally, I don't think there is intelligent life on other planets. Why should other planets be any different from this one?
