First of all, Price's half time show was amazing.
One of the best I had seen in a long, long time.
Second, I am a little disappointed.
Rumor had it that Bon Jovi was going to be the half time act... and I was getting my hopes up for that.
I am not a huge Tom Petty fan...
No, it was by no means amazing. There were several studies afterwards that nearly every single man who watched that halftime show had his ***** shrink at least half an inch
Well, crap, I'm down to eight and a half then...

Honestly, I loved the halftime show last year, and you are one of the first I have heard that didn't.
Prince?! I made sure I changed the channel for the halftime show last year. And if Bon Jovi was selected this year i might boycott the program all together.
You must have hated the 80's... ;D
I was born a few months after them... Coincidence?

No, the 80's had some great Metal. Especially the early 80's before too many bands inhaled too much hairspray

This makes my day. I love Tom Petty. I go to his shows every time he comes to minnesota. His voice has not lost a beat as he's gotten older, but the rock and roll lifestyle shows on his face. I thought prince was ok last year but I am not really into the music that much. Janet Jackson sucked. I did like the show a few years ago with aerosmith, nelly, brittney.

Tom Petty has so many good songs I wonder what they will play, "I won't back down" would be a good one. Or "free fallin" if it's a blowout.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers will put on a great show...now what would be AWESOME is for the Vikings to be in one of the locker rooms getting ready to kick ass in the 2nd half and win their first Super Bowl. "To sleep, perchance to dream..."
