I am watching Raw right now and none of these guys seem to be suspended!

Because they are setting up the storylines for them to be gone. This was actually taped yesterday. I won't ruin what happens but by the end of the show you will know who is gone and who is not and what their reason was.

I did not really notice anything. I did see that CM Punk beat Jim Morrison for the ECW title.
