Thread: World of Warcraft (WoW) - Who plays?

Okay, so I am making a roll call for the dorks among us...

Who else plays WoW?? If so, Horde or Alliance, what server, what toons, what levels, and all that jazz?


First up:
I'm a dork.
I play Horde on Khadgar...
Lvl 70 Warlock
Lvl 70 Priest
Lvl 68 Druid

Ok ThorSPL,

I'll be the first to admit it... I also am a dork!! And damn proud of it!
... and yes, I love that game.
I'm a noob (only been on it a month or two), but have a gaggle of neighbors that have played for three+ years. These guys are all 70-freaks with topped out gear. I used to just watch them play until I finally was able to get a computer strong enough to play (not that it takes a lot... but my old laptop was crap).

I've only got one character thus far: Undead Priest, lvl 26.
Obviously Horde, play on Thunderlord server.

I'm rather amazed there have not been others that have responded. That is simply the best game ever created... for role playing geeks like myself that is.

LOL your not a dork for playing it. It is what you like so be proud. Anyways I don't play but I am guessing it is like dungeons and dragons?

It really is closer to some of the FPS games like Halo than it is to D&D.
Combat based game.

Actually, halo isn't a good example either, more like the old C&C games.
But anyway, it is pretty cool.

I used to play, but don't anymore.

Yeah, it's far more active combat than the old D&D games were....
I think the Command & Conquer idea is pretty close.

I actually used to be really into First Person Shooters....
Counterstrike was my friend as an undergrad.
