Tuna is very high in protein and cheap... good for you too!
    The boob tube?

What is the best amount weight a person weighing 110 should be? Any ideas I sort of want to build of for football even though I am underweight for my age.

I guess it depends which position you are going to play and what size your opponents will be. By the looks of V4Lyfe's frame, he should be a WR/DB candidate. Be quick, strong, and learn how to tackle/hit. And most of all, be smart and learn your position/game plan better than anyone else. Intelligence CAN overcome physical shortcomings...

Well that maybe all well & dandy for you, but that's still foreplay for me.

    There's you're problem.

You will not develop bulk by doing lots and lots of reps of a low weight.

You're going to want to do less reps, with a lot of weight, something you can barely do 8-10 reps with. Do 3-4 Sets of 8-10 reps.

Another thing you can try, this is what I do, but I throw shot put and need burst strength, so I do very few reps, I pyramid. 7-5-3-5-7. It's 7 of like 75% of my Max, then 5 of 85%, and then 3 of just under my max, or however many of that I can do. Then I do that backwards, and sometimes to a burnout set of a low weight.

As for eating, just eat a shitload, lots of protein, so fish, beef, chicken, turkey, all that good stuff. Stay away from the pussy soy protein that those hippies say is better than man protein. The only good protein is the kind ripped off the bones of a helpless animal. "The cuter the critter, the sweeter the meat"- Ted Nugent.

Also drink lots and lots of water, I mean, drink til your piss is clear.
Stay away from a lot of salts, sugar, and bad fats, some fats are good, but most are bad.

Mainly, just eat a lot and drink a lot of water. I know that you have some "extra-curricular" activities that enhance your appetite, so eat up!

    Good luck.
