Make sure you are eating lots, especially if you have a high metabolism. Eating right after a workout is most beneficial, with a fair amount of protein. Also, use heavier weights with less repetitions.

But you also have to realize you are stuck with the body/frame nature dealt you... make the best of what you have and stay healthy.

Diet is the most important thing, High Carbs and High Protein intake........I hope you like Tuna Fish....

Just stay away from the Roids.......There no dam good for you......

Also as said above, espeicaly free weights, not those fancy machines....good old cold steel.....that will add some size to you.....

But with your frame, I don't think you could ever be really huge in size, you might get a little bigger, but your build is more suited to the chisled look, more than the strong bulky look....And there's nothing wrong with that..

    Wanna trade bodys with me?.....LOL

    Re: Workouts

For your abs, I'de just do alot of crunches, start doing them while holding a light weight behind your head also....Maybe like a 5 pound weight.....Then to that, add, alternating touching your elbow to the opposite knee.........Just two simple things that would help your abs...

Try 15 rest 30 seconds 15 more rest 30 sec...15 more 30 sec rest.........If this is to easy, go a little heavier with the weights....If to hard, try only 10 crunches at a time..

On your third set of reps, you should be only barely able to do the complete set, you should be tired......

When it becomes not really hard to complete the rep set, increase number of crunchs and or weight......

You look anorexic as hell!

Crunches, crunches, crunches... make it part of your routine in front of the boob tube, so after a while you just flip it on, lay down and start crunching.

Tuna is very high in protein and cheap... good for you too!
