I thought maybe this was my wife.
Of course, she'd have to actually TAKE the test even once before she could get to her 950th try.The ribbon is the 'Gulf War Ribbon'.

That's pretty funny. What would be even funnier is if it was multiple choice and she just guessed until she passed. (20 question test with a,b,c and d, need to get 12 right, eventually you would get lucky).
Somewhat unrelated, did you know blind people can still get a drivers license in most states, including minnesota? I have a customer at work who's driver's license says right on it "BLIND", and she really is almost completely blind. She drives a very large pick-up truck too. Scares me crazy.
