Good luck, Ned. Hope all goes well, and if you decide to have surgery, TAKE IT EASY COMING BACK FROM IT! I must say, I've never had to have back surgery or anything like that, but I know what it's like putting your back out of whack, and it NO FUN!!!

Good Luck Ned! I had rotator cuff surgery last winter. (TEar) It took a few months, but I coach my kids baseball team and doing alright. Keep up with the therapy, I slacked off and payed for it with stiffness. Got back on track and doing great. Hope all is well.
