Re: who is ur fav. running back ever?

Chuck foreman, he was unbelievable. He was ahead of his time, receiving out of the backfield. His spin move would leave defenders grabbing at dust. Close second and a tie would be Walter Payton and Gale Sayers. Gale had some moves that you could see in Foreman a decade later.

There s only two things stopping you - fear and common sense!! The Truth you CAN"T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!

I gotta go with Walter Payton
Four score and seven years ago, Brad Childress has brought upon this team, a west coast offense, conceived in San Francisco, and Dedicated to be a Kick jiggly butt offence. We are now engaged in an NFL season, testing weather that offense can get going or that our defense can long endure.

HAS to be Jim Brown - he defined the position!!!! Look what he did in his career, IN NINE YEARS!!!!! He retired at the age of 30!!!! And he never missed a game in those nine years!

I used to argue with a buddy of mine about how Chuck Foreman was better than Walter Payton......what a fool I was.....Payton no question....class on the field and off....even though he always killed the vikings.

While I do respect the talents of Walter Payton and Barry Sanders, I can't say they are fav's because they were players on divisional rival teams that I always rooted against.

As a kid, Earl Campbell blew me away with his awesome running ability and sheer power, so I would have to say Earl is my all-around all-time favorite.

As the Vikes are concerned, I would have to say DJ Dozier, just kidding...actually, I would have to say Robert Smith because of all the Viking records he set during his career even though he retired with plenty of gas left in the tank (and then considered making a come-back, not with the Vikings mind you, but with the Cardinals during Denny's first year there). Those things kinda bother me but oh well, Robert is a smart guy with character and you gotta respect that.
