As for Bartman, unlike these guys, he didn't break a golden rule that every fan knows.
If the Bartman incident truly did affect the outcome of that game, the Cubs of '03 must be the most mentally weak team in the history of sports.
The ball was clearly out of play.
The next batter hit a routine ground ball DP ball that was booted.
The bullpen then got shelled.
