I'm surprised Boca Raton, FL wasn't #1... the bus stop in the morning was like playing frogger, dodging all the old drivers who couldn't see over the wheel.

No I think you are reading it wrong. WI has the best drivers. New York has the worst. Th ranking thing is backwards. Kinda stupid.

I live in NY...I am a great driver, but there are a lot of a-holes living here, and they are horrible drivers. They suck at driving...but I still think NJ drivers are worse.
