Thread: Whats your Hobbies?

Haven't seen this in awhile, but it's always fun to see what others like to do with their free time..

Plus the fact, like in my case, my hobbies are changing at times to include things I can do with my son..

1) I love to fish, it's probably tied at #1 with Watching the Vikings, as my favorite thing to do.....

From 6 hour trips Offshore to fight with Tuna and Sharks, to the small pond near my home, catching Crappie and Sunnies with my son....I truly love fishing..

2) Scuba Diving......Diving around here is tough, visibility is usually only 6 to 12 feet, and thats on a good day.. But when I go to Asia, the diving is awesome, and the marine life is Truly a God Given Creation....

3) Metal Detecting and History.......

My best find you ask?.........A mens 14k gold ring w/ 8 real diamonds........I came running out of the water so fast, others started to run also, thinking it was a shark or something....When I showed my wife, she was speechless.................

4) I play alot of ball with my son, he likes football and baseball, so I try to spend a good amount of time with him just playing catch and stuff..

5) I've been looking into remote controlled plane clubs.....I think my son and I would enjoy this together.

6) Boxing.....My days of boxing are kinda over for me, but I do box with my son and try to teach him a few things......When he hits 12 years old, I might bring him to a gym with some real trainers, if he wants to that is...

7) Even though we all need to at one time or other, I like to cook, and it's something my Wife Son And I all do together and really enjoy our time in the kitchen......It can be a very good bonding time for the family, and the best part is you get to eat what you make..


Whats some of the things you like to do ?

I like to Mountain bike. Had my first race last year, its called the Lake to Lake. A 50KM race from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario. http://www.laketolake.ca/index.php

I also like to play sports like basketball, softball etc.

Other than that I like to read a lot and watch movies. I am always adding to my dvd collection.

My hobbies are
!) Playing pool, I shoot pool in a league.
2) Going to every sports game possible, Hoyas basketball, the Wizards, The Washington Caps
3)Watching the Vikings obviously and scouring the net every darn day for info about them
5)Watching as much live music as possible
6)Drinking heineken lol
7) putting music on my ipod.....

I like to make lamp shades out of human skin.
