    What are you thankful for?

On this Thanksgiving Day, I'm sure a lot of us have a lot to be thankful for. I'm thankful for getting a job after 9 months of unemployment, I'm thankful for relatively good health (I'm diabetic in case anyone didn't know), and I'm thankful that I'll be getting a wonderful meal today, and I'll be able to share it with family and friends.

To all those of you in the world that are less fortunate than I, that are going to be lonely or alone today, I say a little prayer for you.

God Bless us all, and God Bless the Minnesota Vikings!!!

Thanks for all of you guys too - I really feel like part of a big family here!!!!

I'm thankful for the life my parents have provided me with. My friends and family. The Vikings for giving me that excited feeling I usually get around this time of year in football. Also for finding this website because all of you are great people and there is no better place to share the pain of a loss or the happiness of a victory. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and SKOL VIKES!

Re: What are you thankful for?

I'll avoid the deep poignant comments this time around and leave those to others.

I'm thankful that we swept the Packers.

I'm thankful that in 2 days I'll be back in the Twin Cities in preparation for my first ever trip to the Metrodome.

I'm thankful that I don't live somewhere really crappy.

I'm thankful that I'm not a Packer fan.

I'm thankful that I have a nice, healthy family.

I'm thankful that I can walk and chew gum at the same time.

I'm thankful that I get to be thankful every year for one day, and take everything for granted for the other 364.

I'm thankful that I'm not the only one who does so.

I'm thankful that my eyebrows don't meet in the middle.

I'm thankful for having found such a cool website to post my inane ramblings and read the inane ramblings of others.

    I'm thankful that I'm not a troll.

I'm thankful that I'm not a moderator (Thankless job that it is).

I'm thankful that Webby puts up with people like me (us).

I'm thankful that the Vikings made it to .500 by sweeping the Packers.

I'm thankful that, when taken as a whole, life is pretty darn good.
