Went in for an MRI on my right knee last Thursday because it has been hurting me like heck for quite a while. Got a call from the doc today with the results and to my surprise I have a complete tear of my right ACL for the second time putting me in the company of the illustrious players listed above.

Now I have an appointment with a surgeon next Friday to plan our course of action. I believe I will be looking to go the route of the cadaver repair which will put me out of commission for longer than I can be down and still run my business but I guess it isn't going to go away.

Anyway I believe this qualifies me to be a RB or CB on the All PP.O league. Anyone disagree?

Damn, the coach will be coming to me for another players......

WTF. You wait until the preseason is almost over to get the surgery? Couldn't get it early in the offseason? Protecting yourself for a big contract huh. Who is your agent, Mr free agent to be?

Well, I called the local Orthopedic and fracture clinic and they actually got me in to see a surgeon in less than 2 hours. I should have bought a lottery ticket lol.

Anyways the news was good and bad. He concluded that the pain I am having is not from the torn ACL but the damage that has been done from working as long as I have been without it so basically I could have a reconstruction and reduce the chance of further catastrophic damage to the rest of the knee when I am hunting or doing other activities but it won't fix the pain that I am having which is really hampering my ability to run my business.

He decided to try a cortisone injection and monitor it for 3 weeks to see how it responds.
