i like this article just because of sheer maginitive ness. that said we wouldnt fuction well because of the me first personalitys of to kobe and others. i will point out though that while chad johsohn has fun does crazy celebration s and makes big plays he is a team guy. i live in ohio and i have not once herd anything remotly true about him butting heads with anyone on the team.
    i totally agree.

but to counter the article, whose to say these athletes would have quick feet or have the talent to control the ball. its like putting a 300 pound lineman in goal for hockey, does his size garantee a shutout?

    LMAO!

How funny would that be! I would get a KG jersey for goalie. I think we could win, but I would put some hockey players in just because they have such big leg muscles.

Thank you Josdin for the sig

IMO the best athletes in the USA are in the WORLD CUP playing for us right now. There physical conditioning is unparalled to any athlete in any of the major leagues here in the usa.
Just because they need to run for 45 minutes does not mean they are the best conditioned athletes. What about decathletes? Or marathon runners? Or LANCE FRIGGING ARMSTRONG???

    =Z=

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

These are all amazing athletes who have conditioned themselves to be successful for the sports they play!

Take the athlete tuned for his element out of it and throw them into another one and they are likely to struggle, plain and simple. Granted Lance may do well in a running marathon based on conditioning for endurance, but you know what I mean... thats why sprinters don't run marathons, etc.

Give the US another generation of elite athletes who choose soccer over other sports and we will be right up there with Brazil and the rest of the elite teams...now all we need to do is get some Brazilian coaches to come here and teach our world class athletes the game the way it is supposed to be played!!!
