And shut their lights off when they don't pay their bill?I am a US Army Veteran; 101st Airborne.
I coach youth baseball and football.
I am currently employed as a Distribution Systems Operator for First Energy.
We are a Fortune 200 company and the 6th largest public utility is the US.
What I actually do is keep the lights on for customers both residential and commercial.
We monitor the system, dispatch trouble crews, and shift loads on a daily basis.
It is very challenging and dangerous.
The guys in the field are putting their lives into our hands.
