What a day
So this morning, my parents go shopping, and I get a call. Apparently my sister (who lives in Toronto) has attempted suicide and may or may not survive.
Then I go to work, and find out that I missed a shift on Saturday and I've been fired.
Then I'm driving home and get pulled over for speeding, plus I forgot my wallet at home, so I get a failure to produce license slapped on.
Well, obladi oblada. Bed is sounding pretty appealing right now.
Thanks PPE for the sig.

Re: What a day
Yes, I hope your sister will be alright also.
I had a trying day similar to that last week also.
Family member in the Hospital, and three things back to back in the same day to make it even worse.
The next day was much better. It turned out that all was better. I hope the same fortune that followed me, will also follow you.
Keep your chin up.

Re: What a day
Thanks all of you for your kind words. As bad as today has been, there are people who are far worse off than me all over the world, so I'll just be thankful for what I've got.
Tommorow's a new day, and things can only go up. As for my sister, she's still in critical condition, but it's a minor miracle that she's still alive.
Thanks again. I'll push through all this.
Thanks PPE for the sig.
