Kind of a random thread but I'm bored right now and was interested to see who here works out. Do you lift for a sport or just to lift? I'm just interested to see what kind of programs you are on or what lifts you do. What kind of supplements if any do you take and what kind of results are you getting? I only take creatine. We could give tips to one another and things like that.
I lift for football. 4 days a week with a heavy weight lower and upper body day doing 4 sets of 5 reps. Also a light weight lower and upper body day doing 4 sets of 8 reps. I also do running every day. Anway what do some of you guys do?
