How does one do that?

I don't know when the actual signup starts...but once it does, I will get all the strategy that resulted in my friend's son winning this past year.

BTW, his ads are now up in all of the Baby Gap stores now!

According to this (from last year's contest), it appears that maybe October is the time to enter:
