I think Webby would be a fine choice.
I can see him Green Dotting the entire Supreme Court and sending the entire Congress to Hell.
After a couple of months he could reinstate about 65 Senators and 400 Congressmen, but only if they sincerely vowed to truly represent the people who elected them in the first place.
All the rest he would just outright ban.
With Executive Order it might work if not it would sure get their attention. ;D

The funny thing about this picture is that the left is going to portray her a a wild eyed gun wielding wacko and the right is going to use it to bolster her image as a macho huntress but if you look closely at the gun, it is a Crosman Pellet Gun. Not exactly the type of gun that would bolster either side ;D
