Warning labels for the good book?

I bet they haven't seen the movie Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
    Just a guess.

Residents of the city are calling for an "indecent" label for the Bible, saying the text contains passages that are too gory for young eyes, Reuters reports.

I really hope not, I just had my first son 10 months ago and I'm loving every second of everyday with him.
I'm sure most parents feel the same, but I just hope the world doesn't fall to shit in the next 20 years.

The bible does contain stories of violence and rape and incest. If these subjects qualify a book to be labeled indecent why should the bible be any different. There are many childrens versions that could be purchased by anyone. I am not saying that the bible is a bad book but it should not be given special treatment just because it is the most important book in the history of the world.

I seriously doubt this is a sign the end of the world.

Does this mean the GOOD book is actually a BAD book, and because of such label, will now be read by more people?!?!?!

    How flippin ridiculous is this?

See what happens when you let one of these retarded issues take hold...it fucks-up everything else.
Gotta be politically correct all the damn time.
Geez...I would hate to offend somebody.
And usually the "somebody" is the minority (not the race, but the amount).

This country is turning into a country full of limp-dicked pussies.

    Ridiculous.

This is what happens when you let the PC crowd get their grubby little paws on everything.

How about taking personal responsibility for what your kids read and checking it out BEFORE they read it? Same thing goes for movies, video games, TV shows, etc. But no, we don't have time to regulate what our children do, so we have to let everyone else do it for us.
