Edinburg, TX is equipped with it's own internatinoal airport.
I was there for a week and never saw a plane land.
My thought is they are doing low altitude flybys
and dropping bags of dope out on the runway to somebody waiting late at night.
It's only 20 miles north of the mexican border.
