    Gatorade products.....

    both as a regular sports drink and on the rare occasion I drink "sports water" or whatever they call it now.

    I despise drinks like that. Plain water is the best. If you wish for effect enrich it with some good old NaCl, also known as table salt, and perhaps a lemon twist. It's just as good for you, without stupid supplements.

    I agree w/ cogs.
    The only energy drinks I've ever had are Gatorade and Powerade, and that is rare.
    Stick w/ water and eat some raw fruits for lasting energy.
    Crap like Amp'd, Red Bull, will f w/ your heart.

    I never use red bull or m onster or anything like that, but the only energy drinks i'll have is gatorade and powerade.
