Vikes Poem

So this year is different, we started out slow.
And Espn is reporting another all time low.

We started off 1-3, barely afloat.
And during the bye, the players were playing Love Boat.

But just when you think you sunk our ship......
Is the time when the Vikes start to flip.

Media people, dis-believers, you gave us a spark.
And it starts in Chicago, where we will leave the first mark.

Then it's back to the place we call home.
Where the Packers come into our loud dome.

Records mean nothing when it's the Vikes and the Pack.
But after this game everyone's going to say the Vikes are back.

The defense will be fired up ready to go.
Lead by Sharper they will put on a show.

Moore will be running, Culpepper will have his stroll.
And like Daunte says the will have there roll.

So Viking fans who are down, wanting to fire Tice.
Watch the next few teams, pay the price.

We usually start off fast and end slow.
This year is reversed and it's time to go.

So Chicago, Greenbay and the rest of the class.
The Vikings will be back kicking your @ss.

And just when you thought we were dead and in a hole.
We'll see your b!tch @sses in Detroit....
