The fact is I KNOW they could have just put any ashes in there and that means something to me.
I'm still pretty pissed; moreso after 21 years and having something I thought I would have forever simply taken from me... it goes far beyond my cat... far beyond 21 years of anything, more just knowing that I lost something I was counting on....
I'm irate.
I want to just call them and lay in to them like nothing they've ever heard.
I also feel like I should sue them; though that is not my style.
They were honest and that does mean something to me... but I'm still pissed.
