Way too much. Sounds as if no one has ever put the hammer down on him. Parents boot him out and you don't seem to be too pressing, on him, about this phone bill. Of course Sprint isn't going to rebate you. Your phone on your plan made those calls. You need to make him responsible.

And a phone and ps3 for a 3.0? wow, i've never gotten below a 3.0, and i've only received ice cream as a present when i was in grade school. Kids these days are so spoiled (i'm only 21 btw).
