The United Football League hasn't yet signed a player or scheduled a game, but it does have a commissioner and a few billionaire backers, and it plans to start playing in a year.

His biggest plan: Sign Ron Mexico...

is this going to be another XFL?

It will fail just like every other football league.

Why don't they pick a sport that at least has the potential to be improved in some degree over the existing professional league?

I can't wait to turn it on and watch for 2 minutes, then turn it off and watch CSI reruns instead.

The only thing Vick will bring is publicity because of the protests from animal rights and dog lovers.

Dumb move... they will have to play in the off season and compete against Arena Football, which is fun to watch.
