    I disagree (and there is no real need to yell). It represents quite a bit to the students who attend, and it is a source of pride for both the state and the region. Plus, to generalize all students who attend UND as both "hostile and abusive" toward american indians, as the NCAA did, is basically calling them racists.

    How would you feel if the NFL came down with an arbitrary ruling that said the Vikings must change their name because a small percentage of Scandinavian Americans found the imagery and name offensive? Would you be so quick to just "let it go"?
