Back to the food portion of this topic..........We usualy deepfry our turkey but this year I went out and bought a smoked one for a change of pace.

For a really different change of pace, you could go with a turducken...THREE different kinds of meat! Guaranteed to satisfy all different tastes!

cajunvike - I saw that turducken thing when I got my Tday bird. I was curious but didn't want to risk it with the inlaws coming. Though I might try it at New Years.
Do you have any advice for a Turducken rookie? I thought I might use my rotisserie.
