Re: Tupac statue unveiled in Atlanta

Did I ever say let all the criminals out of prison and let God punish them?
No, I didn't... Tupac might have said that, but you know for a fact he didn't mean it litterally. He's says that because there's a lot of people out there like you, whackthepack, who judge before they truely know, and we should just let God judge them, not us. WHO ARE WE TO JUDGE?

Ray Charles was an amazing musician, and singer.

Tupoc talked fast, did not sing.

And he did not play instruments.

    yawn.

I can think of many people who would have deserved a statue erected to them. 2pac would have been towards the bottom of the list. And yes, I am a fan of 2pac's music.

Because it is a free country, and if somebody erects a statue of somebody, and people tell me that he is a hero.

When in fact he was a punk drug dealer.

I have the right to say that he was a thug, because that is my opinion of him!!!!!!!!!

And maybe when you are older and know a little more, maybe you will see the difference between a real hero and a thug.

I explained exactly how he died, and what happened with him and BIG.

And just because you want to believe that it did not happen that way, you are kidding your-self.

I am not a fan of rap in any way but tupac deserves something like this. I don't care if you think rap is not an art and it is just talking fast. What I want you to do is come back when you have made a musical piece on the same level as Tupac's and I will say that he is not a musician.

I didn't respond in time. I was saying EXACTLY to WilliamsonOfTroy's comment. The city of Atl did not erect the statue in honor of him, it was placed near his Art Foundation... With his money, the same money that built the d a m n foundation
