Is transplantedvikingfan dead? How about judah_7?
We were discussing this earlier today.
He is always logged in and never posts.
His last post was the evening of April 24, 2005 and his last activity was on December 06, 2006.
Talk to us if you're not dead transplantedvikingfan!
Del Rio thinks he died at the keyboard in the basement of a public library while reading plant books.
Is he the first active dead member at PP.O?
How will we know if it's really him if he appears?
It could be the janitor assuming his identity.
Re: Is transplantedvikingfan dead?
I think so, he is logged on all day and never says a word.
No one cares about plants enough to check on the old plant section of the library, I imagine a skeleton sitting in front of the glow of the PP.O, bleached white from the radiant glow of an ancient monitor.

The records will show that I was the first to speculate that, indeed, transplantedvikingfan was dead.
A crack squad will be dispatched to investigate.

Re: Is transplantedvikingfan dead?
But how does this explain him always being in the online members list.
I believe that only shows the persons who has actually made activity (i.e. clicking around) in the past 15 minutes.

I think your name just drops down the list.
I leave for hours at a time and my name is still on the list.
I'm going with dead.....but, his name is in the middle of the list?
A spirit maybe?

Yes it does drop down the list. But how would you know if you drop off. Your list is only update when you update, so as soon as you click something again you'll be back on top, which means that you will never see yourself drop off.
That would at the same time bee a sign of activity for transplantedvikingfan if you see him jumping ahead of someone on the list.

The key is to click on the name and look at the 'last active', I just looked at mine and it is current and his is Dec. 6.
He must be dead, poor guy.
I'm not so sure he's already decayed down to the skeleton though, but the basements in old libraries can get pretty hot.

Hmmm. Maybe I just don't truly understand how the 'Fans Online' works.

You killed him!
That must be it, a flaw in your plan.
The time of death is documented.
Where were you the on December 06, 2006, 10:04:34 am?
