I just got done with the first week of coaching a group of guys. I coach the distant guys on the JV squad of my old high school. We have been 5 or 6 years defending champs of the confrence they are in. This is my first year of coaching. I was wondering if anyone knows any workouts to help me out with? I have a bunch but I would like to know somemore to mix it up a bit. If you could help out that would be great.
