I'd make them move me and then Sooooooooooo'em. Im not big on lawsuits but this one needs to be brought before the courts. And if I lost in Missuri(spelt that way on purpus) I'd apeal till it was out of the state.
Curious to know what laws are on the books concerning cohabitating in that state.
They could be using a law that has been around for decades, but not enforced.
This is the juicy stuff that makes politics so fun.
