Time Warp

Has anyone else checked out the new Discovery Channel series, Time Warp.

It's basically a slow-motion science show.
They film everyday activities at shutter speeds of up to 10,000 frames per second.

Last night it was fire-breathingand skateboarding.
It is pretty cool.
They use the slow motion to show the physics or such about what is happening

I want HD tv just for the discovery channel.
Mythbusters is the best show followed by Dirty Jobs

HD and Discovery are the shit but you gotta give it to watching a sporting event as well.

Once you see something like that in HD its hard to go back and watch it on normal broadcasts.
Problem is, I am way to cheap to give Directv that extra bit of cash.

Ooo and shark week on discovery channel is amazing. I watched so much of it when it was on about a month ago. They need a spider week and a snake week and a monkey week...

Okay, if we're talking about discovery, TLC, and all those other networks of that type, I have a question for you all.

I you could have someone build you a dream vehicle, who would it be?
A. American Chopper
B. Overhaulin'
C. Mythbusters

American Chopper

Me, Wildwoman and my Brother were out fishing one day.
Of course the adult beverages were flowing and I came up with an idea for them to have a competition.
Make a old school and a new school bike for me and my brother with the Navy Chief as the theme.

Of course we just laughed about it.
Shortly after that they made the "Dream Bikes" and the "Military" bikes.

I love that American Chopper.
Need to get them to do a Vikings bike, like they did for the Eagles.

AWESOME idea!
Spider week would be really cool with zoomed in shots of exotic species.
They'd all be cool.
