    I saw a piece a few weeks back on his off the field broadcasting this season.
    I think it was on HBO inside the NFL.
    He was busy off the field this season.
    He has plenty of options.
    He doesn't have to do any sports if he doesn't want to.
    I think he was even on a financial show once a week.
    He also had a XM Radio show with his brother.
    He had that Fox morning show.

    i've had it with players going into broadasting...
    why can't they sit on their asses for 2 years and then try to become a coach..
    really i hate bettis' broadcasting and also i don't like faulk on NflNetwork being selfcalled experts

    I think that would be a great move on his part.. Even though he doesn't have to, it will earn him a great living, and he can still be close to the NFL.. He was smart for walking away while he is still healthy..

    He is talented, he is healthy, and he has all the money he will ever need.. Smart move for him IMO, especially if he goes into broadcasting..
