Tiger Woods injured in Car accident
http://www.cnn.com/2009/US/11/27/tiger.woods/index.html
(CNN) -- Golfer Tiger Woods has been taken to a hospital after being injured in a car wreck near his central Florida home early Friday, officials said.
The one-car accident occurred about 2:25 a.m. in Windermere, a suburb of Orlando, according to an incident report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
Woods, 33, had just pulled out of his driveway and begun to drive down the street when his Cadillac SUV struck a fire hydrant, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The front of his vehicle then struck a tree. He has been transported to Health Central Hospital, the statement said.
The crash is under investigation and charges are pending, though it was not clear who could face charges. The accident did not appear to have been alcohol-related, the statement said.

Re: Tiger Woods injured in Car accident
Sure hope he's alright.
The charges pending comment is mysterious, especially since no alcohol was involved.
Nothing good ever happens at 2:25am.

Wait until the facts come out people. He was driving a vehicle, vehicles are not without their problems, even cadillac SUV's.
People are so damn quick to assume the worst. Have you seen his wife, who the hell would step out on that. The ribbon is the 'Gulf War Ribbon'.

No where in the report did it say 'seriously' injured. Reading closer would give you a better grasp as to what was said.
I hope he's ok as well.
If you check anyone of the many sports websites you will see that the police as well as the hospital he went to have stated he is in serious condition.
